We are looking for a Sr Director Sales for people management SaaS. The SaaS has been helping leading Enterprises like - Razorpay, Disney, Postman, Exotel, Khatabook, PayU and PineLabs achieve faster business results.
Job Profile:
- Fearlessly Leading and Owning Named Logo Acquisition in India/APAC- closing Enterprise Logos.
- Confidently network within customer accounts to identify opportunities and navigate throughout the organization
- Qualify leads, convert to opportunities and close deals for new business in existing customer accounts while maintaining visibility over overall account activity
- Present and demo software platform to various industries and executives
- Leverage internal resources to help accelerate the sales process or mitigate risk
- Ensure sales processes and documentation are accurate and timely for transparency throughout the account team
- Collaborate with Marketing by providing feedback and input on customer marketing campaigns
- Building a team of AEs and BDRs to accelerate the sales motion and grow APAC business.
Requirement:
- Rich experience in Selling Complex SaaS products to Named Logos in India/APAC market.
- Have been involved in building a 0-1 journey and a Sales Playbook in a similar stage SaaS start-up.
