Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Managing the sales and growth targets for the West region for India.
- Lead and manage a distributed sales team. Guiding, monitoring and ensuring that the sales team members are aligned to Organization sales strategy and Go to market objectives in achieving individual sales targets.
- Responsible for maintaining CXO level relationships with key accounts in the region and ensuring customer retention
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle from new prospect identification, business development, solution presentations, sales negotiations and closures as well as payment collection.
- Networking, building and leveraging relationships with customers, influencers, partner ecosystem, team members and Sr. management
Required Skills
- Proven track record of consistently achieving individual as well as team targets. Should have prior experience leading and managing sales teams.
- Experience in developing sales plans and growth strategies. Previous experience in sales and account management tools and methodologies is necessary
- Should be a high achiever with high level of professionalism and integrity, who can successfully build internal and external relationships, and all round good communication skills.
- Well versed with selling IT services and products - business offerings and delivery models. Managed services, Implementation services, application outsourcing and infrastructure outsourcing, business process consulting
- Ability for Cross SBU collaboration
- Individual should have demonstrated entrepreneurial instinct and a strong understanding of growing and scaling a business.
- Experience in the domestic market is a must and ideally in an IT services/ consulting / IT software sales firm
