- This role will be focused on training, coaching and developing client facing leaders.
- The role fits into our Corporate Transformation team.
- The role involves teaching and facilitating soft skill communication programs, and assisting in the global rollout of SPIN selling as company's common sales methodology.
- Experience coaching sales executives and reinforcing different types of sales training
- Experience delivering different soft skills around sales effectiveness (i.e. - active listening, the use of language, persuasion, pitch, story-telling, oral/written presentations)
- Prior experience working for a technology and/or professional services firm
- Profound communicator with the ability to connect with people from all different walks of life; Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with many diverse customers
