Must have at least 25 years of experience in handling PAN India Operations.

Industry Background : Manufacturing, Plant, Airlines, Logistics

- Experience in overseeing and managing all aspects of Operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and seamless functioning. Provide strategic direction and leadership for the overall operations.

- Must be a strategic leader with extensive experience in Operations, regulatory compliance, and team management.

- Must have overseen operations of Blue collared workforce of at least 15000 manpower. Understand Labour and Union compliances.

- Deliver outstanding operational leadership while increasing employee retention and maintaining revenues.

- Implementing operation capability of people, system and processes to ensure high productivity.

- Driving profitability through Operations and P&L Management. Adept at Optimizing Operations excellence.

- Develop and manage the annual budget for overall operations. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency while maintaining high operational standards.

- Oversee workforce planning, training, and development programs to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee productivity.

- Oversee the maintenance and management of Infrastructure and facilities.
