Senior Director - Merchandiser

- Market research with latest in-trend designs in jewelry & accessories, recruiting Designers, Manufacturers, Export Houses, and Fashion Houses to sell their lifestyle products (jewelry and accessories)

- Working closely with Retail Head in curating new products

- Working closely with Designers/Suppliers for procuring products, analyzing fast moving products, and managing relationship with existing suppliers.

- The Director will own the product portfolio from procurement to sale, including but not limited to analyzing the right quantity to buy, negotiating best prices, planning promotions, and ensuring the desired sell-thru rate is achieved.

- The Director will select the merchandise from the designer portfolio based on latest trends and market research, creating a great selection for our customers.
