Senior Director - Integrated Insights

Hiring for Senior Director of Integrated Insights to lead a transformative journey in healthcare analytics, where data drives real-world impact for one the largest pharmaceutical capability and innovation center. Location: Bengaluru, India

Experience: 15+ years in analytics, leadership, and strategic vision

Functional Responsibilities:

- Partner with US BI&A leadership and key stakeholders to align on the vision and strategic priorities for enterprise-wide BI&A initiatives.

- Drive innovation through advanced analytics solutions, AI/ML applications, GenAI, and digitalization initiatives.

- Ensure analytics products and services deliver measurable business value and competitive advantage.

- Lead the transition towards an "Analytics as a Product" approach, standardizing and scaling analytics offerings through reusable frameworks, operating models, automation, and cloud technologies.

- Promote data-driven decision-making and widespread adoption of BI&A solutions across global operations.

People Leadership:

- Establish a high-performance culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Foster collaboration across teams and functions, establishing strong partnerships with Commercial functions, and other delivery partners.

- Oversee talent acquisition, development, upskilling, and retention strategies, nurturing a diverse pipeline of BI&A expertise and leadership.

Strategic Growth and Thought Leadership:

- Network with industry experts and external consultants to develop, test, and implement new approaches and solutions for analytics and insights capabilities.

- Network across affiliates and key internal leaders to identify opportunities for analytics applications.

- Innovate by transforming problem-solving approaches using analytics, market research principles, and digital capabilities.

- Provide coaching and oversight of core methodologies and data requirements to enable decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, analytics, or equivalent from a premium institute.

- 15+ years of experience in analytics and insight delivery, design, management, and thought leadership in high-volume environments.

- Proven ability to develop, coach, and manage a team of leaders.

- Demonstrated ability to lead through a constantly changing environment.

- Learning agility and experience in a highly-matrixed environment.

- Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and active listening.

- Experience transitioning and leading teams into utilizing cloud computing (Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure preferred).

Additional skills/preferences:

- MBA or master's degree in a relevant field.

- Experience with the Adobe stack (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target) for digital marketing and analytics solutions.

- Experience in the pharma commercial landscape and operations.

- Established thought leader with strategic problem-solving abilities.

- Understanding of current and potential analytical capabilities and technologies relevant to product commercialization.

- Hands on skills delivering analytics projects.

- Strong passion for capability development and experience in integrated/shared work environments.

- Ability to influence beyond organizational and business unit boundaries.

- Experience implementing or acting as a business system owner of global IT solutions.
