Role Objective :
As a delivery-focused individual and creative thinker, you will be part of the Talent Engagement & Outreach Team to execute engagement strategies, campaigns, & events to improve the employee experience and drive engagement Pan India - creating a positive work environment & in turn influencing customer satisfaction & our business goal.
Key Responsibilities :
1. New Age - Employee Engagement Tools : To have the ability and knowledge to onboard and govern HR Tech platforms for engagement, collaboration, communication, candidate engagement, rewards and recognition etc.
2. Strategic Planning : To develop, design and implement quarterly and annual strategies to enhance employee engagement and experience across business.
3. Program Implementation : To design and execute engagement programs including events, programs, workshops and other initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and overall experience.
4. Surveys & Feedback : Conduct and execute regular surveys and feedback sessions to measure employee engagement levels and identify and action on areas of improvement to enable continuous listening at org. level.
5. Collaborator, Catalyst and Advisor : Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and HR teams mapped to business and act as a catalyst to propel the visibility, execution and impact of engagement programs on ground.
6. Health & Wellness Advocate : Design, deliver and execute Health and Wellness programs to create a psychologically, emotionally safe and healthy workplace for employees.
7. DEIB Agenda : To drive the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda as per the plan.
8. Internal Employee Communication : To build and deliver new ways of internal communications across business to effectively disseminate information on ground.
9. GPTW & Employer Branding : To drive Great Place to work surveys and other Employer branding strategies to foster IIFL as a Brand of choice.
10. Recognition Programs : Develop and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements & contributions.
11. Monitoring and Reporting : Track engagement metrics, and report on progress, being able to adjust strategies and plans based on data and feedback received.
