Role : Senior Director Human Resource
Experience : 15 Years+
Location : Noida
Major areas of accountability :
- HR process re-engineering.
- HR Analytic- dashboard and reporting
- Horne functional knowledge of Business HR practices.
- Be the central custodian of performance management system. Drive the PMS process in collaboration with talent management and business HR
- Drive employee engagement and retention
- Own and drive total rewards and compensation
- Conduct engagement surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinions
- Manage various regulatory compliance in collaboration with Operations team
- Constant updates about the Industry Best Practices in all aspects of HR - policies, processes, benefits, metrics etc.
Required :
- Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence. Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organisation and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.
- Strong ability to present powerful presentations that drive stakeholders to action and be thoughtful in overcoming objections and secure stakeholder agreement to HR recommendations
- Exposure in building effective and scalable processes that are built to sustain growth
- Effective contribution towards strategic initiatives and efficient in performing tactical & operational work.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator including excellent presentation skills; analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to say No and manage tough business conversations
- Master's degree is a MUST.
