- This critical role, based in Chennai, requires a seasoned HR professional with 20-25 years of comprehensive HR experience, encompassing core HR, total rewards, HR and talent analytics, operations, and strategy.

- Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Senior Director will drive key HR initiatives and foster a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.

- The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and has excelled in senior leadership roles (Director or above) within multinational corporations (MNCs), particularly in IT organizations or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

- They must demonstrate a proven track record in managing and mentoring large HR teams, showcasing exceptional leadership and collaborative capabilities.

- Key responsibilities include formulating and implementing HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, overseeing compensation and benefits frameworks, leveraging HR analytics for informed decision-making, and streamlining operations for efficiency.

- The incumbent will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with the company's strategic objectives and ensuring seamless delivery of services across the organization.
