Description
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Under the guidance of the CHRO, develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company's corporate business goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives support the organization's mission and values.
- Provide guidance on HR-related issues, including labor relations, compliance, and workforce planning.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Create and maintain talent development programs, training, and career growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement succession planning to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
3. Employee Relations:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Promote a positive workplace culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indian labor laws.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Monitor market trends and adjust compensation strategies as needed.
- Administer performance appraisal and salary review processes.
5. Compliance and Labor Law:
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records and documentation related to HR activities.
- Handle legal matters and labor disputes as necessary.
6. HR Technology and Systems:
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR technology and systems.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality in HR operations.
7. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the HR department's budget effectively.
- Monitor and control HR-related expenses.
Profile
- Experience Level: 18-20 years of experience and should have been in an independent HR role for past 4-5 years
- Age Range: Early to mid-40s.
- Skills: Proven track record in attracting and retaining talent, effective communication, and strategic HR management.
- Cultural Fit: Ability to work hands-on with top management while driving HR initiatives at the ground level, open minded personality
