Senior Director Human Resources
Work Experience: 18-25 years
Qualifications: Masters in HR/MBA (from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutes only). A minimum of 18 years of full-time experience from services industry.
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design HR Strategy and tactical programs in line with the long range and annual priorities of the business.
2. Manage the HR budget and be an active contributor to planning and budgeting for the organization.
3. Create policies and processes that facilitates a transparent, fair and collaborative culture throughout the organization
4. Identify the future leaders through a structured and transparent performance management system.
5. Develop and implement rewards, career paths and recognition across the organization.
6. Managing people cost.
7. Implement strategies to engage with the employee base across locations and make the organization a preferred place to work.
8. Collaborate with business heads to design and implement a relevant training calendar using internal, external and online resources to ensure that operations teams receive relevant, timely training.
9. Communicate and implement the strategic direction of HR operations to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
