Senior Director - Growth (Global Media Agency)

Key Role :

- Clearly explain our products, value proposition, and engagement model

- Distribute and share educational materials with agencies

- Understand who and when to pull in from the broader GSI team to support client-direct conversations, and more specific requests

- Partner with the Marketing & Growth team to integrate our story across new business pitch opportunities

- Lead Orchestration Across Choreograph Data Growth, Strategy, & Innovation Team (GSI)

- Responsible for coordinating across GSI disciplines to support new business opportunities and existing clients

- For a specific request, collate GSI content from disciplines, review for the overall narrative, and partner with an agency to submit.

- Display strong consulting and collaboration skills

- Partners with GSI disciplines to apply knowledge of client business objectives, internal and competitive opportunities, and customer insights into actionable marketing communications strategies and tactics.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience, ideally in a digital or media agency or consultancy.

- Strong knowledge of leading data and technology tools

- Proven ability to effectively work as a business-oriented consultant with all levels of an organization-from C-level to individual contributors

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to create and deliver professional presentations and customer deliverables requiring little review/input from others.

- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects

- Demonstrable track record of success in operations and client engagement in a cross-functional environment, including product, tech, or media.

- Has deep knowledge and experience with paid media agencies.

- Has experience managing and growing employees and teams
