The Senior Director, Global Payroll job is responsible for managing the payroll operations within Global HR Shared Services function. It supervises the compliance of payroll processes (including calculating gross and net pay amounts, payroll specific records maintenance, reconciliation of payroll records, and payroll data administration) for global payroll processes within the Organisation.
Managing experienced professionals, this job focuses on payroll-specific governance, including reconciliation of records, legislation compliance and data verification and administration.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Global Payroll Operations
2. Taxes & Payroll compliances
3. Year End Compliances, Bonus & merit increase annual governance.
4. Also includes leading people leaders & multi location teams.
Educational Requirements:
University (Degree) Preferred
