- Heads up Consulting management team inclusing Business strategy, innovation and Portfolio and projects team

- Participate as Steering Committee member

- Impact team and senior stakeholders if necessary, to achieve results, demonstrate drive, initiative, and a can-do mentality towards project tasks

Description :

- Responsible for managing a team of 3 direct reports and 10-15 indirect ones; responsible for strategy and growing the business

- Lead, engage and develop employees in a motivational manner; coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams

- Strong leadership skills; Handle Projects and Portfolio, Business Support and innovation teams

- Looking for good pedigree consulting people with 10+ years of work ex however are open to look at other industries and functions if the person has strong leadership and strategic mindset

- Significant experience with leading other leaders; proven track record

- Significant proven project management experience from top tier consultancy/Organisation

- Experience and relationships with Senior management is a must

- Healthcare experience is not must but preferred, Pedigree candidates with strong leadership and strategy experience
