Senior Director - Financial Shared Services Operations

This role will have direct oversight of the following teams:

- Accounts Payable

- T&E

- Invoice-to-Cash

- Record-to-Report

- GFSS Enablement Team

In addition, this role will serve as an ambassador for Finance leadership in the GCC. Specifically supporting teams in the following functional areas not within the GFSS scope but co-located within Pune GCC:

- Treasury

- Finance Control, Compliance and Risk

- Tax

- FP&A

What You'll Bring:

- 15+ years of experience within Finance Shared Services with a minimum of 5 years of leading a Finance Shared Services team with multiple processes and an overall team size of 100+ associates.

- Deep understanding of Accounts Payable, T&E, Invoice-to-Cash and Record-to-Report services and associated performance metrics

- Experience with building and growing a new shared services delivery site.

- Able to organize and coordinate across teams to ensure delivery of required performance reporting and service management.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively build stakeholder relationships.

- Proven ability to perform and thrive in a collaborative matrixed environment.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
