Senior Director Finance (Diversity Talent)

A leading Retail Client is looking for a Senior Director Finance , Diversity candidates only, for Bangalore.

We are looking for a Diversity candidate with 15+ years experience in Finance. The rolewill encompass:

- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Ensuring targets set in the budgets are met.

- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the organization is compliant with financial regulations and standards.

- Cash Management: Monitor cash flow and optimize liquidity, ensuring the organization can meet its financial obligations.

- Investment Oversight: Evaluate investment opportunities and manage the organization's portfolio to maximize returns.

- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder Relations: Communicate effectively with stakeholders both internal and external, including investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification , CA is preferred.

- Experience: Proven experience in a senior financial management role of atleast 15-18 years , ideally as a CFO or in a similar capacity in the last 5 years.

- Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.

- French speaking skills will be an added advantage.
