Senior Director - Finance Controller - CA

Global Finance Controller will be responsible for following :

- Managing Finance, Strategy, Risk, Governance and Compliance for global delivery centers.

- Work closely with global stakeholders(Global Controllers, CFO etc.) and manage relationship

- Reporting performance and variances to CEO and global stakeholders

Job Specifications -

- CA only with 18-22 years of experience with expertise in Controllership functions within BFS industry.

- 8+ years of experience at leadership levels

- Global stakeholder management is must

- Experience in setting up shared services, implementing change

- Experience in business planning, strategic and outsourcing decision making
