Job Responsibilities :

Overview:.

- As the Director of Financial Strategy and Operations, you will be instrumental in developing and executing the company's financial strategy.

- Your responsibilities will include ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing financial processes, and making strategic financial decisions to drive the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:.

Regulatory Compliance:.

- Establish and enforce financial controls and procedures to protect company assets and comply with regulatory requirements both domestically and internationally.

- Develop policies and procedures to reduce compliance risks.

- Keep abreast of regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Auditing:.

- Manage and coordinate internal and external audit processes.

- Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.

- Implement audit recommendations to enhance financial processes and controls.

Financial Reporting and Planning:.

- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Provide insights and recommendations from financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate company performance.

- Lead initiatives to optimize working capital management, cash flow forecasting, capital allocation, and cost efficiency.

Financial Operations:.

- Oversee treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, invoicing, expense tracking, and investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.

- Implement financial controls to protect company assets.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):.

- Lead financial due diligence for potential M&A opportunities.

- Work with cross-functional teams to execute successful M&A deals.

Investment Management:.

- Develop and implement investment strategies to make the best use of the company's financial resources.

- Manage the company's investment portfolio, monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments.

- Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities that align with the company's financial goals and risk tolerance.

Team Leadership:.

- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to finance team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA qualification is preferred.

- Experience with Big 4 firms is preferred.

- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the SAAS-BFSI sector.

- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
