Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven company, backed by marquee investors. The company is creating innovative solutions that enhance compliance, accounts payable, and financial efficiency for enterprises and SMEs.

Role: As a Senior Sales Leader - Enterprise Accounts - Assistant Vice President, you will lead account acquisition, drive revenue growth, and build partnerships with CFOs. This involves managing a team of Strategic Account Managers and fostering relationships with large corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive new business targets through strategic sales efforts and team collaboration.

2. Build trusted relationships with CFOs and senior executives to address business needs.

3. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.

4. Develop and execute sales strategies for business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

1. MBA from Tier 1 institution mandatory - IIMs/ISB/FMS etc

2. 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with expertise in account acquisition and value-based selling.

3. Proven leadership in managing and mentoring sales teams.

4. Strong experience in engaging CXO-level stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
