Role : Sr. Director / Director - Process Training ( BPO / ITeS Industry)

Job Description :
Lead the training team(s) to enable the business(s) with cutting-edge knowledge management practices to help meet & exceed business goals.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:- Develop and lead a team of highly competent training professionals delivering the best of training experiences to the business.
- Drive Training efficiency and effectiveness through the Training Metrics. Plan, execute and monitor all training & development interventions to enhance team and operational excellence.
- Be the Practice and Thought leader for cutting edge solutions to drive business performance improvement.
- Drive strategy for content management and instructional design with the latest technology and practices to stay ahead of the competition
- Establish and drive ROI for learning investment in people and value delivered to business.
- Be the ambassador for latest & innovative practices and technology and implement the best practices.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team supporting multiple Accounts and provide exceptional quality assurance services to our clients
Experience & Qualification:- Graduates/ Post Graduate with minimum 15 +yrs. with minimum 8 yrs. experience in leading Training in multi-client, multi-geo in BPO / ITeS Industry
- Experience in training automation/digitalization
- Knowledge & experience of Six Sigma, Agile methodology & demonstrate a digital mindset
- Ability to work through unstructured problems, shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid changes
- Should have worked on Articulate / Captivate or any other Tool used for Preparing / Digitization of Training Modules
