JOB DESCRIPTION :
Role Purpose :
This position is responsible for the deployment of the company's global guidelines for the Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Enhancement & Capability Building, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Engagement.
KRAs, Responsibilities & Key Activities :
- Preparation of the annual HR budget and ensuring the achievement.
- Understand the Current Organization culture and develop & deploy a PAN India Strategy to achieve the targeted culture.
- Implement and follow up the Talent Review and Succession Planning process to build leadership capabilities and bench strength as per global calendar.
- Execute the process of talent identification process and supporting resources for the country.
- Implement career development processes and resources.
- Execute performance management, succession planning and talent metrics for the organization.
- Lead the implementation of the goal setting and performance review processes for a country.
- Implement the compensation & benefits; and Rewards &Recognition Practices as per the laid down strategy by Management.
- Responsible to ensure all statutory compliances related to Operations, wages, labor contracts, PF and ESI are deployed PAN India.
- Understand the current IR status at all sites and build and deploy strategic plan for the long-term harmonious IR for all operational locations.
Should have the entire gamut of Human Resource Management experience - Corporate Strategic HR, Talent Management, Organization Development (L&D), OD interventions, Compensation & Benefits, Employee / Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition & Retention
The Ideal Profile :
1. MBA HR with 18 -20years HRBP experience in BFSI, FMCG / FMCD, Large Manufacturing Companies.
2. Should Have experience of managing strategic HR, operational HR as well as legal nationally.
3. Capable to manage HR of multiplication branches, sound knowledge of Socio- culture and operational issues of different locations in the country.
4. Proficiency in handling all HR Functions and handling Matrix reporting.
5. Well versed with the Industrial Relations issues, hands-on experience in handling Workers Union and Government Liaison.
