Senior Director/Director/Associate Director - Product Control - Financial Services Setup

Job Description:

Reporting to the Director/SVP -Product Control, your major responsibilities would be:

- Execution of key daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

- Regularly face off against members of the Trading Desks to resolve issues, support junior staff and also maintain positive client relationships.

- Train and mentor new staff members.

- Take initiatives in developing new products and maintain documentation of various processes and procedures up to date.

- Continually question and attempt to improve the control environment that the Business operates in other ad hoc requirements from the business

- Preparation of daily P&Ls (facilitation and sales)

- Daily Capital requirement calculation

- Month end Balance Sheet substantiation

- Preparation of monthly Rule 1(A) calculation

- Assistance in the preparation of monthly management pack

- Preparation of Annual financial statements of entities

The Successful Applicant

You are a CA/CPA/MBA's with 10-15 years post qualification experience with considerable experience in product control with a firm understanding of financial products such as derivatives. You should also have good communication skills, a self-starter attitude and should have flexibility in working with stakeholders across different time zones.
