Overall purpose of role :
The purpose of the role is to work within Financial Control team supporting the Finance Structural Reform Programme and related work streams. Work collaboratively with the change team to ensure this major regulatory change is successfully implemented within the Financial Control team.
Key Accountability :
- Implement re-engineered manual processes in line with the phased migration of customer source systems into the operational environment including preparation of user documentation
- Own the cut-over process for each newly created GL company code ensuring financials flow into correct entities
- Provide post implementation support to financial control stakeholders and users ensuring change is implemented successfully in the line teams.
- Ensure FC requirements and strategic direction is built into development solutions required as part of Structural Reform enforced changes.
- Provide subject matter expertise on financial control and related reporting processes.
- Analyse AS-IS processes and system, present findings and recommendations for required change to sponsor/stakeholder for approval
- Build solutions identifying innovative and pragmatic implementable ideas
- Senior Stakeholder Management
- Knowledge of financial systems and processes is a must
Qualification :
CA is a must with 8 plus years work experience and well versed in the change management projects with good understanding of the financial control process.
