Description
Reporting directly to the Head of Infrastructure you will be responsible to
- Ensuring optimal user experience for collaboration services across the organization. Drive modern digital workplace experience for users.
- Drive client laptop security compliance and own the patching and security policies are applied on client devices. Measure, monitor and drive corrective steps for security compliance related KPI's.
- Own the asset management, software packaging and software distribution services, including automation and modernization of the service.
- Develop and negotiate preferred information technology vendor contracts and manage key vendor relationships.
- Serve as Sponsor and/or Owner, as appropriate, for technology projects and initiatives within areas of accountability.
- Define, measure and monitor the collaboration services, continuously innovate to provide seamless and modern experience.
- Monitor compliance for client devices and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure efficient, smooth, and automated software distribution on client devices through modern tools and processes.
- Creating awareness and manage to completion those issues that are not yet incidents but might become incidents in the future, impacting critical systems.
- Designs, implements, maintains, and operates departmental Service Level Agreements, Operating Level Agreements, and associated KPIs.
Profile
- Minimum 14 years of experience in leading technical teams in Collaboration/End User Computing functions (design validation)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in hands on technical management experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Network, Server, Storage, VDI, or Security.
- Experience in digital transformation of end user IT support and services including asset management
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or IS
- Preferably a master's degree in Information Services.
