Senior Director - Delivery

Position Description :

- We looking to hire a position of Delivery Director / Sr. Director with expert knowledge of project management and technical specialty who could handle large account(s).

The key deliverables are:

- Manage highly complex assignments that involves high degree of risk and that impacts the performance of the account/business unit.

- Ensure profitability of the given account(s).

- Responsible for account mining - to spot and create opportunities for to further leverage our product offerings building more revenue from the account.

- Single point of contact for the client.

- Managing deliveries to ensure excellent client experience.

- Scope Management - Manage scope and ensure any changes to scope are captured and converted to billable CR's as appropriate.

- Partnering with the client to help them fully leverage product for driving maximum business value.

- Ensure industry best practices and best practices are implemented in the account(s).

- Enabling partnerships to integrate solutions with other products, third party solutions, or third party service providers.

Profile expectations :

- Strategic thinker and problem solver with the 'fire-in-the belly' to find solutions to complex problems. Strong initiative and follow-thru.

- 15+ years of experience and ability to manage complex projects executed across multiple shores and multiple technologies.

- Ability to collaborate internally, with third party partners, and customers to deliver the desired solutions to our clients.

- Ability to understand the client's needs and translate those needs into actionable items that can then be executed on a timely basis

- Business acumen.

- Excellent communication skills. Able to engage with all levels of client management

- Ability to lead and mentor large team(s).

Required Skills :

- Experience with SAAS Product or Product based organization and not from services organization.

- Clear and Professional level communication skills in English.

- Experience in Product Customization and implementation.

- Experience with multiple customer rollouts and customer integrations/implementations.

- Experience in multi-county implementations (Good to have).
