Senior Director - Chief of Staff
We are looking for Senior Director - Chief of Staff to join our team and take on responsibility for providing a best-in-class experience for all school applicants while helping them navigate the process of making a life-changing decision. The Chief of Staff (CoS) will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that the CEO or senior leadership team's directives are executed efficiently and effectively. The CoS will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives.
What is expected of you?
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Board members, customers, and employees.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide thought leadership and insights to the CEO or senior leadership team on key strategic and operational issues.
- Manage the organization's budget and financial performance, including overseeing the annual budgeting process and monitoring financial performance against targets.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of direct reports.
What you will need to bring:
- IIT/IIM/ISB pass-out
- Minimum of 6 -10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Mandatory experience in Consulting role & Startups
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and financial performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
