Job Description ?:

- As a global technology leader you will be responsible for owning and driving the growth of the entire clinical, EHR and revenue cycle systems right from understanding the business needs to standardizing, delivering and supporting the entire portfolio of 1500 products and applications.

Description :

- Leading the team supporting multiple business functions inside Clinical Applications, EHR and Revenue Cycle Systems.

- Working with global teams on the Healthcare Digital Transformation

- Global Stakeholder management

- Decision making and product solutioning

- Understanding the customer's and business' needs and defining success and measurable outcomes of technology projects to manage expectations

- Defining the Strategy, Roadmap, and goals for the team in accordance with organization's vision

- Implementing best in class service delivery models by defining, delivering, and improving services for the enterprise and its customers

- Building and training a global talent base with engineering and innovation capabilities enabling organization strategies

Profile :

- 18+ years of overall experience with 5+ years minimum on Leadership experience in healthcare domain

- Ability to manage IT in large and complex organization cost efficiently and effectively.

- Experience in Microsoft technology stack and azure is an added advantage

- Critical thinking, Problem solving and cognitive skills.

- Great Stakeholder management skills

- Multitasking

- Excellent communication, and presentation skills

- Demonstrate ease in working in a global environment, collaborate across in-country and international teams
