- Staying informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence to refine sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Profile

- MBA with 13-18 years of experience in leadership hiring, with a proven record of hiring senior leaders across various functions.

- Prior experience at an executive search firm along with leadership hiring experience across functions.

- Experience in hiring for Senior leadership in IT/ITES organisation.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
