Reporting to: VP or AVP Product Management
- As the Marketing Lead for the BFS-Lending Business unit, you will be instrumental in driving marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign execution, digital marketing, events, and relationships with analysts and regulators.
- Your role will be pivotal in accelerating revenue growth, enhancing awareness of our offerings, aligning with business priorities, and securing transformative deals through strategic partnerships.
Objectives:
- To create, manage, and maintain Product- and sales-related content.
- Responsible for the research and refining the go-to-market strategy.
- Design opportunity-centric activities for winning large transformation deals.
- Manage RPL & Marketing spend as per budget, to achieve OKR efficiently.
- Liaise and become Product marketer representatives for all Business stakeholders contact points.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Collaboration & Planning.
- Work closely with the Business squad leads, Product, partnership and Business Development, and research team on building & implementing Go-to-Market.
Demand Generation & ABM:
- Execute demand generation and account-based marketing for existing and new accounts.
- Identify the most suitable marketing channels and target segment for each marketing initiative to manage user communications through targeted channels such as CRM (in-app channels), paid social media, or offline media.
- Develop targeted marketing plans and customized campaigns to scale local strategic Clients.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop Product positioning and messaging, influencing Client adoption of top use cases.
- Drive the go-to-market execution for launches and feature updates by building and scaling go-to-market launch plans and playbooks.
- Evaluate, track, improve and optimize existing Product features to maximize the adoption rate by redefining the target audience, marketing communications and branding, promotions, and channel distribution.
Sales Enablement:
- Partner with Client-facing teams to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Lead the market research, competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and assessment to prioritize Product opportunities.
- Present and conduct internal Training (Product training for Sales, Customer personas, etc.)
Client Relations:
- Identify strong Client stories and nurture relationships for references.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Product Management or B2B Product Marketing experience, specifically for Lending Products.
- Proven track record of driving successful Go-to-market launches for Lending Products that drive adoption and bottom-line impact.
- Ability to challenge the Status quo with well thought out, data driven decisions, in relation to prioritization and strategic planning.
- Experience building out Sales decks and other key sales collateral.
- Experience positioning technical Products to both technical and non-technical decision makers.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing and executing programs globally.
- High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- Experience with Digital strategy and marketing automation tools.
- Extensive hands-on experience with MailChimp and Salesforce.
