- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Manage brand website(s) - Traffic, Content, Key Engagement Metrics
- Plan and implement marketing automation tools to effectively engage and nurture users across digital assets and maximize acquisition and retention from them.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Work with cross-functional teams Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
