About the position:
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Digital Marketer who would take responsibility of strategising and managing company's social media pages alongside the Marketing Head and Digital Marketing agency. As the company grows, he/she would be expected to build the digital marketing team, work through / manage a substantial budget for digital marketing.
As a Senior Digital Marketer, you will -
Execute new growth hacks for increasing traffic/sales
Create long term vision along with the company management and plan for Paid marketing for the business units
Liaise with agency and vendors
Manage spends across SEM, Facebook, Retargeting, App and other new initiatives
Manage the annual digital spends and lead requirement for the business unit
Create strategies for source-wise online spend on search and other key digital areas
Innovate on Paid spends and strongly measure against CPA
Monitor the performance of campaigns vis-a-vis their contribution to business
Optimize search campaigns regularly for maximizing the output; keyword optimization, ad copy optimization, Campaign optimization, Landing page optimization
Desired skills and experience:
3-7 years of work experience in digital marketing (including social media)
Experience in digital campaign planning and implementation
Good knowledge of above the line advertising and media
Working knowledge of Adwords, Google Analytics, Double Click (Search, Display) Remarketing, Social media Marketing, Emailers
Good communication skills
