Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our company's online presence, drive lead generation, and achieve significant business growth. You will leverage your expertise across social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, web analytics, and content marketing to create impactful campaigns and optimize our overall digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic. -
- Lead and optimize lead generation initiatives through various digital channels, including content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across different digital platforms to achieve specific objectives.
- Utilize web analytics tools (primarily Google Analytics) to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website traffic.
- Conduct thorough SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and budget management.
- Plan and execute other media campaigns across various digital channels.
- Analyze data using Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Filters & Pivot tables) to derive insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Develop and present regular reports on digital marketing performance to key stakeholders.
- Take ownership of the overall digital marketing function and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in digital marketing, with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Specific experience in marketing IT services and solutions, as well as BPO services, is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices.
- Expertise in using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to track and analyze website performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
- Experience in planning and executing other media campaigns across diverse digital channels.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel data analysis features (Formulas, Filters & Pivot tables) for reporting and insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Demonstrated multitasking ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Expertise in Lead Generation strategies and tactics through digital channels.
- Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in overall Digital Marketing principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are highly desirable.
