Job Purpose:
- Manage Mumbai IT Operations in alignment with corporate IT policies, ensuring vendor management, IT security, compliance, and governance to meet business needs.
- Strategize and implement digitalization opportunities through stakeholder management, reporting directly to the department head.
Key Accountabilities:
Digitalization Strategy (60%):
- Act as a thought partner to develop a continuous roadmap for digitalization using AI, process mining, BI engines, RPA, and automation.
- Focus on data governance, business process management, automated workflows, and adoption of digital practices such as low-code/no-code tools.
Emerging Technology Focus (40%):
- Leverage AI for predictive decision support (e.g., pricing, attrition), AR/VR, and co-bot solutions.
- Collaborate with other Digital Business Partners to share knowledge and best practices.
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand problems and design solutions using presentations and scenarios.
- Provide expertise in machine learning and emerging technology practices.
- Lead peer review discussions and influence decision-making.
Execution and Deployment:
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), guiding them to deployment.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
- Facilitate cross-functional sharing of ideas and best practices.
- Drive workshops and co-development processes for automation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Development of long-term digital strategies and automation roadmaps.
- Generation of ideas for digital applications and process automation.
- Conducting workshops and driving 100% adoption of digital tools.
- Promoting best practices in automation.
External and Internal Interactions:
External: Technology vendors (when necessary).
Internal: Engage with stakeholders across departments such as Finance, HR, Legal, and Innovex.
Financial and Other Dimensions:
- Identify use cases with high financial impact and improve organizational execution speed.
- Serve as an individual contributor influencing relationships without direct reporting authority.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering/Commerce with an MBA from a reputed institute.
Certifications: Digital/AI certifications preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in digital transformation with large corporations, MNCs, or consulting firms.
- Proven exposure to AI, process mining, BI engines, and automation technologies.
- Ability to influence decisions and lead discussions, working independently and collaboratively.
