Position: Sr Digital - Analyst (RA)

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing Analytics will be part of Analytics Center of Excellence. The candidate will be responsible for delivering on end-to-end project execution that includes understanding the business problem, data extraction, validation and providing insights in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

- Improve Digital Marketing by Identifying opportunities.

- Analyze behavior of customer segments and build strategies to drive Digital adoption by exploring new data sources in EDL.

- Projects, Analytical packages, and reports (as and when required) has to be delivered

- Regularly communicate with Stakeholders on Projects

- Gather project requirements/inputs, develop analysis approach, extract data, perform analysis and present conclusion solution by independently working with multiple stakeholders.

- Project execution should be able to effectively assess and communicate it to stakeholders constructively

- Industry best practices in Digital Analytics should be shared with continuous evaluation. Have in-depth technical knowledge of each project and be strong storyteller.

- Committed and responsible to the last mile execution of project

- All projects should be adhering to SLA's on timeliness, accuracy & compliance

Qualifications / Requirements:

- B. Tech / M. Tech or relevant qualification

- 2-4 years of experience in Analytics domain with at least 0-2 years in Digital Analytics.

- Strong written/oral communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with the Stakeholders

- Proven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems

- Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously

- Exposure to Agile Framework is an advantage

- Technical Skills for

Must have -

- SAS/SQL

- Tableau

- Excel

Good to have -

- Python/R

- Google Analytics

- Adobe

Desired Qualifications:

- Understanding of macro-economic conditions

- Exposure to marketing and retail concepts

- Experience of working in an Agile Framework

- Good understanding of bank card, private-label, or financial services business

- Good knowledge of latest Analytical practices in the Industry

- Experience in handling large data, creating reports and giving business insights

- Good understanding of Digital Metrics and KPIs to analyze the digital performance

- Ability to communicate effectively with the Stakeholders and take the complete ownership of the project
