We are looking for a senior level dynamic engineering manager who has proven track record in technical and people management, and excellent business acumen. - Lead and build a team of extremely talented engineers
- Responsible for thought leadership and technology leadership. Co-owns the product strategy and roadmap with product managers
- Be a hands-on technologist with strong consumer business acumen, with the ability to architect solutions in tune with customer needs.
- Responsible for innovating and delivering the products E2E owning the technology roadmap and architecture.
- Represent the group in multiple cross-functional management forums regarding technical, product and incident topics. Requires a working - hands-on- technical understanding of the systems, products, architectures and issues involved
- Must demonstrate a sense of ownership to plan, execute and drive the product deliverables to successful completion and be successful in a collaborative environment.
- Leads and motivates the teams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
- Lead companies efforts to both aggressively adopt and contribute to the best of breed open source software available to meet its development challenges.

Required Skills:
- Exceptional technical leadership skill to lead large scale initiatives implemented by cross-functional teams that gives best customer experience with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to development goals, principles and industry standards.
- Exceptional hands-on technical skills in building platform, products and online services for large scale, high availability applications with variety of technologies including JAVA/J2EE, Web Services, Rich Web, Mobile, Database, Machine Learning, Big Data Technologies, Data Warehouse, etc.
- Excellent knowledge in practicing OOAD, architectural and design patterns, open source platforms, frameworks, technologies and standards.
- Self -directed, highly motivated individual. Establish credibility with smart engineering, product, and business teams quickly.
- Ability to think innovatively and contribute to the success of the products, processes and customer experience.
- Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and to thrive under pressure.
- Strong expertise in agile development and - software as a service- delivery models.
- Excellent decision-making, communication and collaboration, skills.
- Able to fit in well within an informal rapid innovation environment and to provide hands-on management
Basic Qualification:
- 14+ years - experience in global software product development with proven track record of leading and delivering world class large scale, preferably in online space.
- Must be a strong people manager. Prefer at least 5 years of management experience leading teams of 10 or more members.
- Experienced in expanding and managing a high performance engineering team, including: hiring, mentoring, and retaining talented team members.
- Should have experience working with teams in rapid delivery environments.
Education:
BSCS or BSEE or Other Related 4yr Technical Degree
