Senior Designer - UXUI

We have a job opening for one of our renowned client based at Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

- Senior UX/UI designer needs to be competent in all of facets of the design process. Experienced at driving a complete 360 Degree User Experience from start to finish. Obsessed with good user-centered design practices, methodologies and have an eye for detail. Impeccable visual design skills, interactive/ motion design skills a plus point!

- A well-rounded UX/UI professional who connects the dots between businesses needs, stakeholder needs and good design. 5 + years of UX design experience (and a portfolio to prove it) as a key, hands-on interaction/visual designer of a UI/UX team through the product development cycle of successfully launched web, mobile, and/or enterprise software applications.

- Should have experience in Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human Computer Interaction, Digital Media Design, Industrial Design or related field is desired.

Key Activities / Accountabilities :

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, user requirements gathering and analysis.

- Develop stakeholder insights, customer journey maps, personas and scenarios to focus the team's design efforts on the needs of key users.

- Translate business and user requirements into meaningful interactive experiences.

- Develop detailed schematics, sitemaps and wireframes for highly interactive interfaces across multiple platforms (web, mobile & tablet)

- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both visually and verbally

- Participate in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing. Direct ongoing usability testing and assessment.

- Collaboratively develop prototypes for demonstration of concepts to clients

- Participate in User Experience thought-leadership in the company.

- Passionate about understanding (and keeping the team and clients in formed about) current and emerging UX/UI trends.

- Familiar with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities. Fluent in responsive design, mobile/tablet UI UX would be a plus point
