Senior Delivery Manager - Insurance Domain - Captive BPO

Sr. Delivery Manager(Female Candidates only) - A US based Captive BPO setup in Bangalore

- Candidates must have experience of handling International Insurance Processes for an ITeS setup. US Insurance preferred. But others from Australia, UK and EU regions can also apply.

- Our client is a major Insurance player in US and Canada. They have captive shared services setups in Bangalore and Pune.

- Lead 200+ member teams in achieving process KPIs and productivity targets

- Take accountability of business outcomes associated with the process

- Manage transitioning in of new processes from other locations

- Manage operational risk and maintain business continuity plans for the process

- Develop strong working relationship globally with stakeholders and influence business outcomes

- Drive change, scout for global best practices in operations management and look to implement the same at Allstate

- Take responsibility for recruiting talented members in the team

- Foster high levels of employee engagement and retention, develop future managers

- Lead creation of an engaging and productive work culture at Allstate as per Allstate values and Leadership Principles

Must Haves :

- 15+ years with 6+ years in operations management in a global organization

- Certifications or Hands on knowledge of Operations management, Lean/Six Sigma, Operational Risk Management
