4. Benchmarking & adoption of best initiatives / methods and processes pertaining to customer experience around the globe - auto as well as other industries

Competency Required :
- Tech-savvy, Self-starter, Creative thinker with customer experience at its core - disruptive mindset.
- Strong execution skills, Networking, Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Able to discuss and debate on business requirement, communicate business requirement with external agencies/partners, able to negotiate with them on execution schedules, negotiate on the cost estimation received from them, meet delivery timelines.
- Someone with an Automotive Domain knowledge or Lifestyle products sales preferred
- Experience of Mobility applications, Adobe creative cloud, Sales Force CRM platform implementation is desirable
- Motivated enough to drive a project/initiative on his own and come up with creative ideas that can benefit business growth.
