Senior Debt Manager in MNC

- The key responsibility would be to lead the development and implementation of the organization's strategy for raising, managing and monitoring debt from various sources across diverse instruments and varied tenors.

- Developing best in class technology for treasury management tracking ALM, covenant compliances, LR compliances, debt maturity pattern, short term/long term profile, etc.

- Monitoring of debt covenants, analysing risk and recommending strategies to mitigate all debt related risks

- Develop, advocate and communicate internally and externally the organization's vision, mission, values and culture linked to the business strategy.

- Nurture and develop extensive relationship with lenders' top management - Banks, Debt Capital Markets, Others (Senior Credit / Business Development personnel)
