Description :

- Responsible for analyzing data from multiple data sources (DBs, flat files, etc.), and building predictive models using Python.

- Validate the models - statistically as well as from business perspective in discussions with business stakeholders

- Design and analyze A/B experiments that validate different optimization and solution approaches, and to calibrate model parameters.

- Collaboration with other engineering teams to ensure multi-functional goals are met.

- Exceptional programming, Debugging and Analytical skills.

- Establishing ways and ensuring that team members should complete their tasks as per project estimates

- Aware of the current updates on technologies and able to suggest framework, package for implementation based on business requirement.

- Team Management and Client Management

- Conducting Weekly review meetings with the team.

Profile :

- Overall 5 years of experience in unstructured text data analysis; language, speech, image and video data analysis across multiple use cases

- Extensive data manipulation and aggregation for exploration, reporting, visualization and predictive model development purposes.

- Experience in Developing Models using open source packages e.g. python and R, NLP, Deep Learning algorithms

- Hands-on experience in analytical techniques including sampling, clustering, decision trees, SVM, Random Forest, regressions, deep learning etc.

- Has at least 3 years of team handling experience of Data Scientists and Analysts

- Has experience in integration with third-party APIs

- Experience in product development would be an advantage
