About Process Marketsmojo.com is a big data analysis based stock market website that provides unique analysis and insights on the financial performance of companies and the performance of user portfolios

- We are looking for self-motivated professionals who are eager to learn and apply themselves in a start-up environment

- The Ideal candidate would work on site process maintenance along with client documentations

- The role would involve making sure all data points are getting updated, processes are running without any lag and ensuring any deviation is being properly escalated and resolved

- The candidate would also be involved in maintaining client level documentation of agreements, KYC etc and support business in current and future endeavours

- The ideal candidate should have experience working with technology departments and should be able to define the scope of the project to get the necessary systems in place

- Candidate would also be involved in creating various internal and external reports to measure the performance of existing products and make the necessary improvements

- The candidate needs to ensure all the necessary queries are handled within the predefined TAT

- Generation of business intelligence reports to provide analysis on business operations

- Experience in broking or banking operations or from a finance industry is mandatory

- Well versed with digital KYC and onboarding is a plus
