Role Introduction :
We are looking for a passionate and seasoned data analyst to join our team in Pune. You must be an analytical thinker, have a curious mindset, a passion for product and an eye for optimization. You enjoy communicating your findings and working closely with product & engineering teams to drive product improvements and business impact. You will create a rich understanding of our Client's business and digital marketing objectives to create a forward-looking strategy that enables best possible performance at scale across 10,000s of SMEs.
Scope & Responsibilities :
- Build, develop, and deliver strategic omni-channel marketing plans across media channels (paid, owned and earned)
- Drive frameworks for on-going data analysis by way of proactive alerts & monitors
- Be the subject matter expert, particularly in the areas of digital marketing and CRM
- Advanced data analysis (statistical modeling, causal inference, hypothesis testing & experimentation) on customer behavior and marketing data to identify patterns and unlock opportunities for our product & engineering teams.
- Present key learnings and recommendations to teams in a manner that productively influences decisions.
- Continually monitor current marketing trends and tools available to fine-tune our algorithms to deliver best possible Campaign ROI across 1000s of SMEs
- Work with various product teams & client facing teams to establish measurable goals & KPIs on Data Analytics & Performance delivery
- Create a set of resources and best practices that help scale analytics and empower members of the product and Client teams to confidently and effectively leverage data in their day-to-day work
Role Requirements :
- Have a Bachelor's degree, ideally in engineering discipline and 5+ years of Data Analytics or equivalent
- Knowledge of Digital marketing or any kind of performance marketing is a plus
- Can-do approach, even in the face of obstacles and constraints
- Strong technology skills especially in SQL, Python, R & scripting
- Have superb problem-solving and impeccable business judgment.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be communicate strategies to the Clients and convince them on forward-looking commitments
- Have an appetite for Risk and should be a strong decision-maker
- Strong business acumen with an ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly
- Have high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
