Senior Credit Underwriter - Loan Division - FinTech Startup

As the Credit Manager - Loan Underwriting, you will be handling all credit risk functions and initiatives of assigned business units, including but not limited to:

Documents vetting

- Document credit analysis and rationale for credit decisions

- Execute credit decisions on a wide range of corporate credit transactions including underwritings and participations primarily focused in the Leveraged Lending market

- Formulate underwriting algorithms

- Formulate credit policy

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the identification, classification, mitigation and analysis of risk

- Continuous market analysis and market study

- Detailed competitor analysis and of the market scenario

- Ensure compliance to regulatory and legal framework

- Conduct audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors

- Provide inputs for bringing best industry practices and revise underwriting guidelines periodically

Candidate Profile:

- At least 2 years of proven industry experience in NBFC/Banks handling secured or unsecured loan underwriting

- Analytical bent of mind & strong judgmental attributes

- Excellent Communication and good presentation skills

- Enthusiastic and dedicated

- Flexible for 6 day working structure
