Position : Senior Credit Underwriter - LAP

Skills & Competencies :

- Lead and manage the credit underwriting team in assessing and evaluating loan applications against the company's lending criteria.

- Develop and implement credit underwriting policies and procedures to assess business loans and non-business loans under Loan against property.

- Oversee the credit risk associated with the loan portfolio and take the necessary steps to mitigate the risk.

- Work with other departments within the company, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that the bank's lending goals are met while maintaining a sound credit risk profile.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the credit underwriting industry.
