About our Client - Our client is a NYSE listed S&P 500 multi billion dollar organization in the engineering and manufacturing industry. They are a listed entity in India. They are recognized as one of the most innovative organizations globally. Presently they are looking for an exceptional Taxation specialist to head their Tax department.

Job Description - Reporting to the CFO, your specific responsibilities will include:

- Partner with business lead and profit center heads to run a robust credit organization, balancing the overall credit risk while enabling the growth of the business. The position works very closely with business team and Global Credit and Treasury lead in formulating the credit policy for the India region

- Ensure compliance to the policies and processes relating to the credit function

- Ensure process compliances on the review of receivables and drives collections from customers. Reviews the receivables on a regular basis for any reserve/provision requirements

- Implementation of credit risk management process including evaluation / implementation of Credit rating for customers and credit insurance policies for critical customers

- Lead the finance team and business teams in improving the operating cash flow of the organization

- Investment of surplus funds as per the treasury policy and maximizing returns and managing risk

- Managing the relationship with Banks

- Budgeting, forecasting of collections / surplus funds and operating cash flow

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA / MBA with at least 12 to 15 years of experience in Credit & Treasury with in-depth exposure to Accounts Receivable Management, Credit Analysis, Credit Rating and Placement of Funds. You are an able leader with experience of previously having managed a team of 10 individuals. The ideal candidate would be one working within the Credit and Treasury space of an International or American MNC. Additionally you are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and have the ability to influence and lead.
