The Senior Credit Manager - Fleet will oversee the underwriting of strategic and multicar deals, assess proposals based on usage, analyze financial trends of applicants, and prepare management or credit committee-level approval proposals.

The role also includes managing a strategic portfolio, identifying early warning indicators, and ensuring compliance with policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Loan Requests:

- Ensure adherence to turnaround times (TAT) as per agreed service level agreements (SLA).

Policy and Compliance:

- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure accuracy and quality of system data.

Financial Analysis and Proposal Preparation:

- Conduct comprehensive profile studies and financial analyses.

- Evaluate financial ratios, viability studies, cash flows, and net worth checks of entities.

Team Leadership:

- Monitor, mentor, and appraise team performance to drive operational efficiency.

Policy Enhancements:

- Provide timely inputs on policy optimization and enhancements to align with market needs.

Regulatory Reporting:

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of account statuses.

- Monitor accounts and prepare insights for stakeholders and regulatory compliance.

Market Analysis and Customer Engagement:

- Understand market dynamics through frequent customer visits.

- Monitor portfolio performance and present reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Requirements:

- CA Pass-Out: Minimum of 5-6 years of stable experience in a relevant domain.

- MBA: Must be from a top-ranked institute, with 8-10 years of stable experience in credit management.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong understanding of financial ratios, cash flows, and entity net worth evaluations.

- Proficient in portfolio monitoring and identifying early warning indicators.

- In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance standards.

- Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.

- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
