Senior Credit Manager - Construction Equipment

Job Description: Credit Analyst/Credit Manager ( Must Construction Equipment )

Experience required : 4 to 9 Years

Location : Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Indore, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and underwrite credit proposals for Construction Equipment, adhering to Delegation of Authority (DOA) and ensuring quality within TAT.

- Monitor portfolio health and analyze risk parameters to identify early delinquencies and potential risks.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans while maintaining ongoing communication with business teams.

- Prepare detailed portfolio reports and ensure compliance with established processes and regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with IT for process automation and report generation to enhance appraisal quality and reduce TAT.

- Actively participate in mandatory training programs and periodic performance reviews.
