Position: Senior Copy Supervisor

Role:

- Creates technical and marketing content, Experience in AV scripts and marketing case studies will be important.

- Establishes tone, character, and messages that will effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill the project objectives.

- Will Develop engaging brand/multi-brand / multi platform communication.

- Will work alongside the account teams, interaction designers, Junior designers, strategy and development teams to devise communication strategies for engagement and communication led initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Create marketing AV scripts and case studies

- Work with team to develop print and digital media experiences and advertising campaigns that exceed client goals, carry out the creative vision, and fulfill Marketing & Strategy goals.

- Write, edit, post, and proof read content and copy for content initiatives.

- Communicate with team leads to coordinate concept, copy, interface, graphic design and navigational structure of project with functional aspects.

- Actively seek out and help define new creative possibilities for client engagements, from rich media ad units and social media programs, to original video scripts and anything communication.

- Serve as the lead in communicating and presenting copy to internal teams and clients.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for brainstorming creative concepts with project team, developing original communication, developing AV scripts and video content, Write and package marketing case studies and participating in creative presentations to clients.

- Skills of writing amazing scripts, captivating copy and create branded content are must.

Work Experience Required: Work Experience required: 6-8 years of experience, must be at a mid level position in an existing creative team from a mainline agency. Marketing / marcom exposure is a must.

Skill set:

- Understanding of all forms of interactive marketing communication online and off line

- Ability to write marketing centric content

- Ability to package and write post campaign case studies

- Has a real passion for all forms of consumer engagement

- Proven ability to develop crisp and winning creative communication

- Experienced with working in a creative/agency environment with proven conceptual and presentation experience

- Strong conceptual thinking

- Strong leadership skills - ability to work with and mentor Junior Designers

- Great communications skills - both with internal teams and communicating with/presenting to clients.

Other/Special Requirements:

- Knowledge of the digital domain is essential.

- Candidates from mid sized agencies preferred. Excellent presentation skills.
