Senior Contract Manager

- Contract and Claim Management of global frame contracts of GS IT R/ER with the goal of ensuring optimum IT services to businesses from providers worldwide.

- Implementation of strategy regarding Contract and Claim management including key obligations / drive obligation monitoring / investigate obligation violation.

- Implementation of a harmonized structure and standardized process in all countries, build up and maintain the community and improve collaboration within the network.

- Implementation of contract and claim processes for optimum performance of services, ensuring contracts compliance with legal and company requirements.

Responsibilities Include :

- Functional and/or disciplinary responsibility of GS IT ER XF SPM CM employees. Leading/management, career planning, development of employees, target setting and their evaluation.

- Ensuring targets are defined and met in accordance with Department and IT targets.

- Implement a worldwide contract & claim management strategy for all AREs and applications in scope.

- Support contractual negotiations of Terms & Conditions and Service Level Agreements starting from service definition phase, to support the IT R/ER strategic goals and to achieve best price/performance ratio.

- Implement contract optimization strategy worldwide for all AREs and applications in scope

- Provisioning and continuous updating of GS IT R/ER contractual frameworks by regular evaluation of contractual demands and requirements to secure reliable contractual framework

- Implement global claim management process for GS IT R/ER

- Support Escalation Process for providing contractual view to respective issues, to gain the optimum out of contractual rights.

- Ensuring the provision of inputs for SPM Performance Management

How do I Qualify for this job :

- University graduates with 10 - 15 years of total experience including 5-7 years of Contract & Claim Management, Compliance/Legal terms, IT Outsourcing and Service management in a multinational environment.

- An effective communicator (both written and oral English language) with strategic outlook, strong work ethics, good interpersonal relationship skills in an international and intercultural environment, strong negotiation skills, influencing and networking skills.
