- Drive customer acquisition strategy through consultative selling and striking new relationship with COOs.
- Responsible to deliver Budgets and P&L with an expected level of profitability margin
- Assessing "stated and implied" supply chain needs of high profile prospecting customers.
- Liaise with customers on a regular basis to identify their crucial and urgent requirements.
- Respond to customer mails within the prescribed TAT.
- Escalate cases when required.
- Consultative / Solution Selling experience
- Ability to understand strategic supply chain priorities of the customer and generate opportunities
